Park Leys Medical Practice

Welcome to Park Leys Medical Practice.

We are a general practice serving in the region of 11,000 patients to the north of Coventry. We have three sites and offer a wide range of services to our patients. At our main site we also provide a range of day case minor surgical procedures to the wider population, which is an alternative to attendance at the region's hospitals.

As a practice we are committed to providing a high standard of patient care and have consistantly achieved over 99% under the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF). As part of our commitment to the ongoing delivery of patients care we are actively involved in the training of medical students and registrars who hope to become General Practitioners.

We are keen to involve patients in the development of the practice and to enable them to have a say both in the way the practice is run and in the services we provide to the community. In 2006 we started a Patient Forum which is a group of patients who meet regularly with doctors and members of practice staff. We hope that this web site and our newsletters will play an important role in supporting the Patient Forum in the achievement of this objective.
