Vision Statement
The aim of the Patient Forum is to promote the needs, wishes and interests of all patients by involving them in the development and improvement of services provided by the Practice by:
- Smoothing the progress of two way communications between the practice and the community.
- Collecting the views of patients and carers on services provided by the practice in order to improve understanding of their needs.
- Supporting and working with the practice to conduct and analyse the annual patient survey and to develop and implement action plans to address identified issues.
- Working in partnership with the practice to improve the quality of care.
