In line with NHS Guidelines the practice has a formal complaints procedure, which is administered by the Practice Manager, Mr Chris Mullett. In his absence Mrs Pearl Willdig, the Administration Manager will deputise

If you wish to lodge a complaint against a member of the practice staff, either clinical or administrative, or against the practice as a whole you should write to the Practice Manager, or complete the form which may be downloaded and send to:

If the matter is urgent them you should telephone the practice and ask to speak to Chris or Pearl so that immediate action can be taken if necessary, but you should follow up your verbal complaint in writing as soon as possible.
The practice will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days from receipt and undertakes to investigate the matter in an efficient and professional manner, with due regard to the circumstances of the case. You will be informed of the findings of the investigation and any action taken.
We take complaints of all natures seriously and hope that our investigations both satisfy the complainant and provide a learning experience which will enable us to prevent recurrence and provide a better service to you, our patients.
