I feel that this new service is a bonus sometimes but there maybe times when it isn't convenient for the person involved to take the appointment or discuss their problems over the telephone.

Being very hard of hearing I find it difficult to have a conversation on the phone, but this scheme must be of benefit to all those who can use it.

So far things are o.k. was alright when you could talk to a Receptionist who could talk to you, this is what some people have said to me. It is alright,some Receptionists are great, you can talk to them.

Only twice have I had problems with call back, apart from that great service.

At this moment in time I'm more than satisfied with the new system although some people need to be educated.

It is alright if you have someone to take you to the new surgery. Our family take us.
Having talked to the doctor on the phone I have not yet had to book to see a doctor. If I had to I don't know how long I would have had to wait to see the doctor of my choice.
It is difficult to give an opinion because my husband and I moved on the 24th May when the new system was implemented. However we have no complaints as things are.

I've not been with the practice long and have not met any of the drs. But the Dr rang me back promptly and sounded lovely on the phone.

I think it’s a great system, prior to this one may not see or speak to a Dr for a few days. Keep it up.

I have found this system very helpful indeed and very quick. Staff most helpful.

I feel the new system is much better than before. Also its better that you can speak to dr instead of using up their time if not really important.

My recent call was the second time I have needed to use your new appointment system. Can only congratulate you on a system that from a personal standpoint is more efficient, gives immediate advice and makes me feel like your only patient! Some time ago I wrote to the Coventry Evening Telegraph after the adverse coverage of your practice, telling them of my positive experience. Unfortunately as usual they only seem to cover negative press. Congratulations to the whole team.

I phoned the surgery 6 times in the last 5 weeks and each time was given an appointment within 2 hours of telephoning. The doctor usually rang back within 1-1 1/2 hours. Excellent Improvement.

I also find that the visits from Julie Culbert (Julie is our Community Matron) and action she can take have been very useful and helpful to me.

I think telephone consultations are a great idea. It saves you time and travelling inconvenience. Also you don't have to wait in a waiting room catching other people's bugs. I would use it every time although I think there are times where you need to see a doctor.

The system worked well for me recently. 9 It depends on what is wrong with you. 10 Again it all repends on what is wrong with you. I'm sure it is better or more convenient for the doctors.

I feel that the new system is a good thing but I like to deal with one doctor, not two or three.

I wish to thank all concerned for putting my husband in hospital, without your help he would have died.
